1. Be organized 

The first step towards success is being organized. If you want to succeed at school, then you need to get yourself organized. Organize your time, your materials, your assignments, and your ideas. Don't procrastinate. Being organized will help you stay focused and make sure that you don't forget anything. You will have less chances of getting distracted if you're already organized.

2. Be punctual

Another good habit to develop is being punctual. If you want to do well in school, then you should learn how to respect others' time. When you arrive late to class, you might not only miss out on valuable information, but you will also lose points for tardiness. Try to always be on time.

3. Get enough sleep

Sleep is very important, especially if you want to improve your performance in school. Sleep helps your brain to rest and recharge. Therefore, try to keep a regular schedule and go to bed early enough. Make it certain to get maximum hours of sleep every night.

4. Eat breakfast

Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Most people skip breakfast, but you shouldn't. Breakfast provides you maximum energy all over the day. Your body will thank you later. Eating a balanced diet is also important. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein-rich foods, and dairy products in your daily meals.

If you're studying in class, keep quiet and listen carefully. Don't talk back to the teacher, and don't interrupt when they're talking. Manners are important; if you show respect to your teachers, they'll return the favor.

 Do not procrastinate

Procrastination is a huge problem among students. Sometimes, we put off things that we really should be doing, because we're afraid of getting them done. Procrastination often leads to poor grades, missed deadlines, and lots of stress. To avoid procrastinating, make sure you've set aside enough time to complete each task.
